7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Items must be returned to / collected by the place of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.




Customers are responsible for returning the product to the place of purchase. I.G.L. Limited will only accept the return of faulty, leaking or other substandard cylinders when the following procedures are followed. Cylinders to be returned by the customer are identified by way of tagging and recording the product details, including invoice number, date of purchase on the tag.

  1. Customer must request a Cylinder Return receipt from the pickup crew and signatures must be affixed to same. No credit note will be given or any return of payment to credit card or a cash payment made at the point of return. Customer will receive a cylinder return receipt.
  2. Customers must send Cylinder/Product Return form with all the particulars of the product being returned to the attention of the Operations or Sales Manager. The document can be faxed or sent directly with the delivery crew.
  3. The Point of Sales Coordinator will conduct a series of tests on those cylinders to verify the complaint/s. Tests are completed by the end of the day after cylinders are returned.
  4. I.G.L. Limited will not be responsible for any damage, loss of equipment or product if it is found that customers have tampered with cylinders; this would be an automatic disclaimer.
  1. The customers are informed of the test results within three (working) days of the product being returned, by way of fax or email, in lieu of receipt of credit notes, where applicable.

You will be responsible for returning the product to the place of purchase.




This Return & Refund Policy is effective as of June 12, 2017, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Return & Refund Policy at any time and you are responsible for checking this Policy periodically. Your continued use of this Site after we post any modifications to this Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Policy.
