Delivery Policy

I.G.L. Limited guarantees delivery of your purchase within the designated delivery areas within 3 business days of the requested delivery date. Additionally, please allow a minimum of 24 hours for your delivery. Currently, delivery is only available in Kingston, Portmore, Portland, St. Ann and St. Mary.  If an earlier delivery date is required, you may email customer.service@iglblue.com or call our offices as 1-888-IGL-BLUE (445-2583) to determine if this delivery date is possible.

During checkout, please enter all the details including the preferred date and time for your delivery and the name and contact number for the person who will be receiving your purchase to ensure efficient processing of your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and we will contact you via telephone to verify the purchase.

Other important things to note:

  • Delivery is available ONLY in Jamaica in the following areas:  Kingston, Portmore, Portland, St. Ann and St. Mary
  • To change the date of your delivery, please email customer.service@iglblue.com  
  • Not all items are available for delivery. Where your item does not qualify for delivery you will be contacted to confirm your method of collection.
